remove from favorites Have HP inkjet printer Wanted 2009-05-04
It's a photosmart 8150. A really good printer. Comes with a black ink cartridge. I'm moving away, and can't take it with me. I'm sure someone could use a good printer. If anyone wants it it's yours. If you could throw a few dollars my way, that'd be helpful to me, but it's not required. Would rather it just go to use.
add to favorites Vegetables Food Share 2009-05-04
I’ve got some vegetables to share if anyone’s interested: black radishes (very mild) turnips rutabagas kale swiss chard I don't have a whole lot, but we're a little tired of them -- so I'd like to share what's left. (I'd say there are 5-10 of each of the root vegetables, and enough greens for 2-3 bags.) I also have a lot of small onions -- both red and yellow, or you can use the tops for green onions too -- and I think I could pull together a bag of lettuce from what’s remaining. I'm afraid they won't make it much longer if it gets very hot this week, so I need to pick all this fairly soon. That said, I can probably pick them sometime later this week and I can give them to you at Mosaic on Sunday if that’s the most convenient thing for you. Thanks. Sean

add to favorites Need to borrow or buy some things prior to my surgery Wanted 2009-04-16
DeeDee Adams here, and I'm getting ready to have jaw surgery in a little less than two weeks. Yes, on April 28 I go face to face with the bone saw! Chris and I were getting ready to go out and buy a wand/ hand blender (since I'm on a liquid/ soup diet for six weeks!) and a sit-up boyfriend pillow with arms (since I have to sleep sitting up for three weeks!). We would much rather borrow these items temporarily or buy them used from y'all. If you can loan or sell these items to us, we would be very grateful. We'll even let you pillage our garden when it's harvest time. :0) Let me know via email: chrisanddeedee@gmail.com Thanks a billion!
add to favorites Looking for garage apartment or musician-friendly roommate Shelter 2009-04-09
Ideally, I'd like to find a garage apartment that is not attached to a main house, as I'd like to also use it for practicing with my band (only at decent hours of course). If anyone has a living space like this available, please let me know. I'd also be interested in trying to rent a house with another musician (or someone sympathetic to a practice or two a week). I'm a christian male, late 20s, good credit/job, keep a very clean house, no drugs, books over television, fairly quiet except for the music :) My current lease runs out July 1, but I may be able to move earlier for the right situation. thanks, Michael juderossmusic at gmail.com

add to favorites Room for Rent Shelter 2009-03-24
I have an opportunity to move to South Austin this summer to dog sit/house sit for FREE. I need to find someone cool to take over my portion of the lease. We are seeking a friendly, easy-going female roommate. Here are the details: We live at the Lofts at the Triangle, a very nice complex off of 46th and Lamar. Here's the website if you want to see pictures: http://triangleaustin.com/lofts/ My portion of the rent is $575 per month. Including bills, I usually pay around $650. This includes water ($15ish), cable & internet ($36.19), and electricity ($20-30). My room is the smallest, but it is not small by any means. It's probably 11x12 or something like that with two windows and a sliding mirrored door closet. I already put up curtains, so you are welcome to keep those. You would share a bathroom with Erin, who is delightful. Alana is my other awesome roommate and she has the master bedroom on the other side of the apartment. The apartment is very spacious, high ceilings, wood floors, large kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. I've noticed it has fairly good insulation and the washer and dryer are included. There is also a community patio right next to our place, two pools, and a work out center. If money is an issue, I am willing to help out with part of the cost of rent for first three months you are there. The lease is up at the end of November, but there is a possibility that one or both of my roommates would want to renew the lease. If you or someone you know needs a place to live, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! The apartment is huge and you would get to live with great people in a great location. elisabeth.hw@gmail.com

My husband Jamie and I are moving Friday the 27th of March to Cedar Park area and were wondering if we could recruit some help. We mostly need help carrying the a few larger pieces, i.e. one couch, desk, amp, bed, tv and some decent size boxes. We mostly just need some help moving it from the truck into apartment (on third floor). We'll do all the big stuff last in the afternoon (hopefully around 4 or 5) and it shouldn't take longer than an hour or two. If you can come earlier to help that is most welcome as well. We will be providing food and drinks afterwords for all who can come help. :) Please call or e mail me if you have any questions and/or can lend a hand. My e mail is: e.anne.amber@gmail.com cell:512-635-6287 Thanks a ton, Elizabeth Amber

Hey, I am in need of two bedside tables for my bedroom. I would be repainting them, so it really isn't totally important what they look like. If you have any or know of someone who is dumping theirs on the curb, let me know! THanks. Jess Archer
