| Description | 5/24 My roommate and I are looking for a third to move in with us to a house in East Austin, 1 mile from downtown located by E. 12th and Chestnut. It is a 3 bed/1 bath and the bills would be about $400 a month + utilities. The house has a great front and back yard, shed for storing bikes and a small garden. We are looking to move in around July 1st. About us: My name is Eric, I work a retail job which keeps me busy at all random hours of the week. I love reading, cooking and a good dance party. Heather is a grad student at UT. She has two dogs (lab and boxer mix) that are very well behaved, seriously, they are way cool. We are tidy people that enjoy coming back to a place that is restful and feels like home. We also like an occasional potluck or dance party at the house :) With that being said, we are looking for someone that is respectful (noise levels at certain hours, aware when people are sleeping, cleans up their own mess, is open to communication etc.) and enjoys the company of the people that they live with. Preferably you are in your mid-twenties to early thirties. We consider ourselves pretty friendly and would love to live with someone similar.
